      Pros

      Nice people to work with, until they're gone.

      Cons

      Your position could be laid off at any point with 24 hours notice. I saw over 200 people get canned because this supposedly profitable company isn't profitable enough. There is an air of cynicism against the average employee in the corporate offices.

      The people within your department are a great resource of knowledge and positive to be around

      Recent changes over time have made the job more stressful with the people doing the hard work being listened to less and with more work being piled on without additional support being made available.
