      Rotating 12's, a few mass shift /hour changes in the last 5 years without much concern for employees, chaotic at times with so many recent management/supervisor changes

      The people within your department are a great resource of knowledge and positive to be around

      Recent changes over time have made the job more stressful with the people doing the hard work being listened to less and with more work being piled on without additional support being made available.
