- The startup is a growing startup with millions of users, have impact and face real technical challenges - The company culture is build around transparency and communication, everyone can speak and be heard - The people are really smart, in every field (engineering, marketing, analytics, ...) and you learn every day - Foosball and Xbox are a daily ritual

- A lot of work, and often extended hours in the evening

Work with the best people, everyone is very friendly, onboarding isn't the best, but overall you are supported when you ask for it. Management is great, leadership could be better.

Cons

Company pivots consistently, you need to be ready for that.
