Pathetic : 1. No proper project planning 2. Outdated technologies 3. Product centric learning. No personal growth 4. No onsite 5. People working there, not open to learn. They do wrong designs, keeps coming issues. If you question on the design, express the proper idea they neglect or may fight with you. Take these things on ego. 6. Too much work pressure and less salary 7. Management is worst, doesn't respect developers. Mentally harrass them. They mentally devastated senior developers. Ruin their mental peace and self-esteem 8. HR is a puppet. 9. Don't join this company ever.
