      Good benefits, senior management is easily accessible, there are some great people who truly care about our customers, family feel in most departments, most groups work together well

      Pros

      DCI provides a great work/life balance. They understand the need to have a home life. It is a welcoming environment with a lot of knowledgeable employees. There is a lot of interdepartmental collaboration which is why I believe makes DCI successful. The retention of employees is very high.

      Cons

      There are not typically a lot of open positions, so it can be hard to get a chance to work for DCI.

      Many people stay at this company for a great many years - several who have worked for them for > 10 years!

      Cons

      The pay might be lower than other locations - but the trade-off is stability!
