      Pros

      Innovative, class leading product. Executive level management, and staff as a whole, are committed to doing the right thing for the customer & patient. No frills attitude and flies well under the radar for the impact it has on some of the largest labs in the world. DI is a pillar in the burgeoning Burlington healthcare community with over 25+ years experience. Mid-size company in VT that has global reach, excellent reputation in the industry. Working here you can feel that the effort you put into your job is felt, and recognized, throughout the company.

      Cons

      Large mid-level management team. Some roles do not seem clear.

      Pros

      DI is a unique company in the way it cares for it's employees and fosters growth. Leadership understands that the key to the success of the company is the people, and do everything they can to retain and help employees grow.

      Cons

      Major growth comes with growing pains and can sometimes lead to communication issues between departments.

      Pros

      The pay is decent and the remote work is nice.

      Cons

      Everything else. Poor management, low/non-existent upward momentum, unreasonable or unclear expectations, poor work/life balance. The health insurance is abysmal and the "flexible PTO" just means that you'll be taking less PTO because you're always overworked and can't find time to take a day or two off.
