Pros

Very competitive pay and rewarding commission plan.

Cons

Very little room to grow or advance your career in the company. It is just merely a job. Very weak in developing and training employees. Very rigid in the processes in the company and very political. Not responsive to change. Short term minded and progresses quater by quater. Not an ideal place to learn or grow but an ideal place to take a punt or sprint in your career.

Pros

Worked with a ton of great people. All of the technologies being used are very relevant, chance to learn a ton. Supply chains are really interesting to learn about. Fun work environment where everyone really was trying to help each other succeed.

Cons

Lot of turnover when I was there, which is both good and bad. Mistakes within the tech stack in the past which still haunt the product. These are being remedied now so this should improve.
