DSI is going through a tough reorganization right now. With the current COVID-19 crisis many employers are having to make this same decision. These job losses are hard on everyone involved the thing to remember is it's cyclical. I've been laid off twice before from other employers and would never dream of posting a shady review. I'm smart enough to know it's just business, it's not personal. Once the world gets back to normal and sales can increase, so will the open positions. Best not to burn your bridges. Offices are centrally located in downtown KC, they're bright and welcoming to employees and visitors alike. Pay is competitive with market standards, if not you can request a market review. Speaking for myself only I am fairly paid for my position. DSI offers a lot of great benefits at a reasonable cost to employees. Parking is high but that's what you get when you work downtown. Free OneLife memberships for employees is a real plus and we are encouraged to workout during the workday. There are a lot of good people at this company making it an enjoyable place to go everyday. Employees are celebrated for many reasons-birthdays, new babies, meeting quota just to name a few.
