      Pros

      I really like working on AI projects. DA provides you with n number of projects with decent pay if your work quality is top notch. You can do it as a part time if you're a student or if you're a full time working professional. There is no fixed working hours, so you can work as and when you have time.

      Cons

      Projects are irregular and you have to keep an eye on the dashboard to see if there's any project. You can't 100% rely on it as your full time career.

      Pros

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Cons

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.

      1 Inconsistent workload. Sometimes no projects and sometimes too many. 2 No communications with others in this job.
