      Pros

      The pay per hour is good, especially as you take on new projects and prove yourself.

      Cons

      I expected the work coming in to be inconsistent; that wasn't the issue. The problem was that the work stopped abruptly with no explanation or notification. Been several months now with nothing. This seems to be their MO as it happened to a lot of people on the same day. Never any answer to any enquiries. So, my advice is to milk it while it lasts.

      Pros

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Cons

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
