      - Transparent leadership - Pay - Direct 1st and 2nd line of management is great (YMMV) - Some of the smartest and most well-rounded peers - incredible growth opportunities working at the forefront of data with customers solving interesting problems

      Cons

      - like any company there's some politics in pockets, but its not distracting nor does it impact your job

      - great people - amazing product that sells itself once people get their hands on it - innovative company - decent ote and benefits

      Cons

      - comp plan this year for hunters is not aligned with company strategy of focusing on larger, multi-year commits. it incentivizes quantity of deals vs. quality of deals, and payouts on commit $$$ are peanuts.
