Pros
Incredibly smart colleagues, who work hard to keep improving. The "terrifying Databricks brain trust" is real - but human and humble. The products really work. We get love letters from customers about how their Databricks projects have been transformational, allowing them to solve problems that were previously impossible. (And often, we're much faster and cheaper too). I'm proud to be part of the team that's creating so much value for customers.
Cons
We've grown so fast! Some of our internal systems (like for IT and People) are fitting for a much smaller company, so some work is more manual than it should be. Management knows this and is racing to build the infra we need.
