Databricks is the best place to work because I have so many reasons. 1. The best team , people to work with 2. Super responsive employees in all departments 3. Respectful work ethics & cultures 4. Many opportunities to learn , grow & showcase yourself 5. Competitive pay & satisfactory feedback for your hard work & the list goes on

I don't see any big negative situations in the company as per I know.
