Pros
I've been with Databricks for over a year and I feel strongly that they are living up to the hype! I've been impressed with the leadership and their approach on how to grow the company in somewhat uncertain times. The products is excellent and only getting better. And almost all the employees that I have worked with are highly skilled and good people at their core.
Cons
Some minor issues around the consumption based variable compensation for quota carrying employees, but overall the compensation package is strong given the the current market and the pre-IPO status of Databricks.
