Pros
Growing massively in a troubled economic world, which is testament to a great platform/product and the way the world is changing.. we sit at the heart of it all. Coupled with the best minds in the industry and a fantastic management structure. Lots of transparency from the exec team.
Cons
Not much here except perhaps a lengthy interview to offer process but it was worth the effort.
