      Pros

      Company is growing and expanding. People are generally happy, decent work culture.

      Cons

      Upward mobility for SG office has been lacking the past 2 years and previous batches of SDRs all quit as there was no growth path to AE. SDR life has gotten tougher with shrinking territories for each person, and increased strictness for meetings booked. Just achieving 100% is already a feat in itself, and overachieving is not easy.

      Pros

      great culture, good benefits and perks, fantastic training and support, realistic and achievable quota, really fun people to work with, clear path to promotion

      Cons

      CAE seat is very difficult after you're promoted. sales software is buggy and cumbersome to work with at times.
