      - great product - leadership cares about your success, but its give and take relationship, have to show commitment and hard work and they will recognize your efforts and work along side of you

      - pay isn't great - sometimes senior leadership isn't always as transparent, but that comes with a fast growing company

      Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

      Cons

      Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
