      - product is best in class - great place to develop as an early career seller - office and benefits are great

      Cons

      - very political high school esk culture - base pay is low - promotion path to from COMM to MM is slow and highly politically driven - accounts are ran through and majority are terrible because DD hires 100s of sellers at low pay to cover as many accounts at the same time as possible

      great culture, good benefits and perks, fantastic training and support, realistic and achievable quota, really fun people to work with, clear path to promotion

      Cons

      CAE seat is very difficult after you're promoted. sales software is buggy and cumbersome to work with at times.
