      Rusty Wiley is a transformative CEO - I'd follow him anywhere. You like him, you respect him, and (most importantly) you trust him. Rusty has a vision for the future and a plan to get there (as well as a track record of success to back it up). The DataSite / DatasiteOne brands are ubiquitously known and trusted throughout our key market(s). Clients are enthusiastic about the DS / DS1 experience. Today's "rock stars" are willing to invest in tomorrow's "rock stars".

      Pros

      The people are great to work with. Management was supportive and easy to talk to. I felt that the executive leadership truly values continuous improvement.

      Cons

      The only reason this review is not 5 star is that they went through 2 rounds of "corporate restructuring". After the first round, my team was promised that the company was at a good spot and there were no concerns. This was clearly a miscalculation or flat out lie as I was let go during the 2nd round of restructuring a year later. This brings overall job security in doubt.
