      Pros

      Merrill offers decent first jobs in a professional office environment. Their benefits and vacation policies are pretty good as well. The pay seemed pretty good for the work involved as well.

      Cons

      There's no upward mobility. You tend to stay in the same position year after year. Management is a bit confusing, and it seems there are way too many cooks in the kitchen at times.

      Pros

      The people are great to work with. Management was supportive and easy to talk to. I felt that the executive leadership truly values continuous improvement.

      Cons

      The only reason this review is not 5 star is that they went through 2 rounds of "corporate restructuring". After the first round, my team was promised that the company was at a good spot and there were no concerns. This was clearly a miscalculation or flat out lie as I was let go during the 2nd round of restructuring a year later. This brings overall job security in doubt.
