Pros

It all starts at the TOP and we have an amazing leadership team which is felt by all levels of the organization across the globe. The culture, the ability to bring forth your ideas and be heard, the challenges, growth and more is what makes Datasite one of the best organizations I've worked for.

Cons

The beauty of Datasite is that when a "con" pops up, employees feel very comfortable bringing it up without feeling any negativity. All our thoughts are valued no matter how big or small.

Pros

The people are great to work with. Management was supportive and easy to talk to. I felt that the executive leadership truly values continuous improvement.

Cons

The only reason this review is not 5 star is that they went through 2 rounds of "corporate restructuring". After the first round, my team was promised that the company was at a good spot and there were no concerns. This was clearly a miscalculation or flat out lie as I was let go during the 2nd round of restructuring a year later. This brings overall job security in doubt.
