      Pros

      With a new CEO and a new vision the company is trying to transition. Investing in newer modern technology and appears to be starting to get "it" at the top.

      Cons

      This new vision and plan to do it isn't well understood (or decided?). Senior leadership is stuck in their old ways, a lot of business strategy is still chase revenue rather than a real strategy to accomplish.

      Pros

      The people are great to work with. Management was supportive and easy to talk to. I felt that the executive leadership truly values continuous improvement.

      Cons

      The only reason this review is not 5 star is that they went through 2 rounds of "corporate restructuring". After the first round, my team was promised that the company was at a good spot and there were no concerns. This was clearly a miscalculation or flat out lie as I was let go during the 2nd round of restructuring a year later. This brings overall job security in doubt.
