Decent Entry Level Position - Poor Company Culture - Product Support Specialist Datasite Employee Review

I like the people here and the office is nice.

No wellness stipend is offered.

The people are great to work with. Management was supportive and easy to talk to. I felt that the executive leadership truly values continuous improvement.

The only reason this review is not 5 star is that they went through 2 rounds of "corporate restructuring". After the first round, my team was promised that the company was at a good spot and there were no concerns. This was clearly a miscalculation or flat out lie as I was let go during the 2nd round of restructuring a year later. This brings overall job security in doubt.
