      Has some smart and dedicated IT people who keep the ship running XBRL and SEC requirements masters Key contacts at the c-level in many public companies Customer Service is king

      Continuous IT re-orgs defocus and impact progress Former successful salesmen in key senior management positions - tactical not strategic Lack of discipline, sophistication and/or key skills in product management to drive innovation, competitive advantage and cost management of technology-reliant products and services.

      Pros

      The people are great to work with. Management was supportive and easy to talk to. I felt that the executive leadership truly values continuous improvement.

      Cons

      The only reason this review is not 5 star is that they went through 2 rounds of "corporate restructuring". After the first round, my team was promised that the company was at a good spot and there were no concerns. This was clearly a miscalculation or flat out lie as I was let go during the 2nd round of restructuring a year later. This brings overall job security in doubt.
