Management has done a very good job prioritizing quality talent while scaling quickly. non-toxic/positive culture. Product market fit is incredibly strong.

Cons

Typically scaling/startup challenges. Really a fit for people that are willing to be adaptable

Pros

The company is founded on bringing highly detailed data transparency to POS data. The concept itself is like out of a SciFi novel- where total transparency helps optimize an entire economy.

Cons

Because the data is scraped from the web, it can often be chaotic and messy. Must be able to identify patterns from a lot of noise. Can be overwhelming for those who prefer order and clarity.
