      Solid company, Innovative, Customer driven, aggressive growth strategy.

      Cons

      Culture is very old school... still despite attempts to reinvent. Promotion from within limited. No value assigned to knowledge transfer, operations completely hostage to purchasing at the risk of jeopardizing ftq.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
