      Good pay for those with college degrees. Good working hours - work/life balance

      Lots of Corporate Politics- little to do with how good you work etc No room for growth in finance

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
