      Pros

      The pay is good, in my case it's close to home

      Cons

      The management at my Bolingbrook location is horrible. The person in charge here is a micromanager. The management is expecting you to work long hours and if you are salary there is no overtime.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
