      Benefits and pay were above average. Wasn't afraid to invest money in new capital.

      Corporate support could have been better. Many employees felt ignored and under appreciated.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
