      Pros

      My parents work in auto manufacturing industry for about 30 years. I'm interested in this area. AAM Shanghai is a great company with very good enterprise culture. Position has a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      As the international auto business in China, AAM still needs stronger competitiveness, comparing with other main auto manufacturers.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
