      Pros

      Pay is decent. Good flexibility when working around class schedules.

      Cons

      Little real engineering experiences. Mostly doing menial office work or nothing at all. Little mentorship and guidance on what the job is or is about.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
