      Pros

      Good pay, events, some trainings. The mechanical side of ICE seems stable.

      Cons

      Terrible management, no vision or direction. Lots of egos. Somehow discriminatory as in engineering, Indians only hire Indians, and few of them have good technical or leadership skills. Constant layoffs. Bad project management with no regards towards processes.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.

      Have to work too many weekends.
