Can be overwhelming while training

It's dreadful, depressing, and struggling.

Accounting department is a disaster to put it mildly. Managers in department are divided between D&B and Main Event (an acquisition). Overall impression of acquisition is awful. The relationships across both sides or each company are making improvement impossible. Most managers are under employed and doing manual tasks. Complete lack of communication. CFO asked for "help" with cash flow and marketing during town hall for employees. Office is physically depressing, cold, unhappy, with barely any sad amenities. No warm group spaces for gathering, no encouragement of team collaboration. Not to mention new ideas are not welcome, especially in the accounting department. It was a clique system.
