The money is decent but not for what you have to put up with.
Cons
First of all the management is insane. They do not appreciate hard workers. If you are sleeping with one of them or selling drugs to them you are good for a job. If they are wrong they will never admit it. They are quick to pass the blame to someone else even if it costs their job. They do not care if you make money only about there sales and percentages. Guests treat you like trash and the managers never have your back. You are forced to push things on families that can't afford it and if you dont they take your shifts away. Long hours with no breaks or even able to eat. No respect for you as a person. Most times you are forced to deal with all problems on your own(so you have to play manager as well) I would say stay away. Find anything else but here. Every time someone quits the rest is left behind to clean up the mess with no appreciation or a thank you.
