Strict SOPs make goals and procedures easy to follow Corporate office is knowledgeable and easy to reach When company starts in a new hotel, they bring in a task force to ease the transition

Cons

Seem to put emphasis on money, rather than guest service Systems and procedures are archaic and have tons of paperwork

I've truly enjoyed my time at Davidson. The culture is one of the company's greatest strengths and is genuinely led from the top down. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and committed to giving teams the tools and resources they need to succeed. Regional and executive leadership are engaged, accessible, and always willing to help when challenges arise. It's refreshing to work for a company that invests in its people and creates an environment where collaboration, accountability, and professional growth are encouraged every day.

Cons

Cons: Career advancement may require relocation (not a con to me but could be to some) , and some decisions can take longer yhan desired because leadership values collaboration and thoughtful planning. Overall, these are small trade-offs for the strong culture, support, and opportunities the company provides.
