This place is a MESS, and the micro-management is insane! - Account Manager Davis Companies Employee Review

This company is a disorganized mess. It's split into three divisions: Engineering, Light Industrial, and IT. Sadly, there's little understanding of the difference between an engineer and a software engineer—it's frustrating. On top of that, the level of micromanagement is extreme. To get ahead, it's essential to form close connections with the predominantly male leadership. However, if you're a woman, be cautious—the leadership can be predatory. When I raised these concerns with HR, they were completely ignored. I wouldn't recommend working here; the environment is toxic.
