Pros

- they give you free food every Friday - it was a nice when I first got hired because it was still like a mom and pop shop

Cons

- incompetent management - lunch shaming culture - attempt to deny you your most basic workers rights - consistently understaffed - toxic work environment where everyone is unhappy

We strive to create an environment that reflects the diverse communities in which we live and work. The average tenure of DaySmart employees who have been here at least one year is 5.7 years. Effective April 1st, 2017, all full-time employees are offered best in class medical, life, dental and short-term disability insurance of which the company pays 75% of that cost, as well as offering a generous match for 401K participants. The management team is building a diverse culture focused on productivity, centered around compassion and strengthened by camaraderie.

Pros

I worked at DaySmart for almost a year and loved the company while I was there. The people I worked with while I was there were absolute hard working sweethearts, fantastic to work with and very technically competent. I wish them all the absolute best of luck in the future.

Cons

Unfortunately I had to leave for personal reasons, but DaySmart is definitely headed in a positive direction vs some of the older reviews here on glassdoor.

Pros

The individuals who get the work done are the best part and are truly great people

Cons

Too many to list. Leadership constantly changes direction, top-down management who don’t really do anything and only promote their friends. It’s a toxic environment where the company overworks all of the good people to get results. There is an active effort to replace all of us with AI and leadership can continue to just profit off the business.
