Pros
You get to work with very hardworking and knowledgeable folks who collaborate well. I think the coworkers are the best aspect of DaySmart, as well as all the bonding activities. Even though the whole company is remote, the virtual events give the company a good sense of culture and strong DEI initiatives.
Cons
DaySmart just underwent a huge reorg and it's currently full of uncertainty for the direction of the company. Senior management is unable to provide definitive direction and guidance. On top of that the company has been dealing with a huge churn problem, both in customer retention as well as employee retention. There seems to not be a path toward career advancement within the company which is leading to a lot of great talents leaving the organization.
