Pros
Dayton Freight has an incredible culture and an outstanding support system. This was my first job out of college and I couldn't ask for a better experience in the work force. Great benefits and great people.
Cons
Not much opportunity to advance in the company. Pay was less than market value but they attract college graduates for a reason, they are willing to train you and get your feet wet. Some upper management operate by their own rules and have little regard for those working below them. Growing pains have caused some unfavorable conditions in multiple departments. Some upper management are willing to put everything on those under them and are unwilling to adjust their lifestyle.
