      Pros

      They were very flexible with my school schedule and with time-off requests. Stable work, the pay was great and management seems to actually care about their employees. During my time at Dayton Freight, management/leaders were always willing to help me improve as an employee.

      Cons

      It can be a very fast paced environment so it can be easy to fall behind. One can't help but feel pressured to continually improve their numbers.
