      Pros

      Company sponsored sports - they have a softball tournament for entire company - championship is played in Dayton Dragons Stadium. Small company, always know where we stand financially. Health insurance is 100% paid Profit sharing bonuses

      Cons

      No room to move up. Salary is below average No raises were given last year and this year was below cost of living.
