Pros
Management treats you like a human being, you can grow and develop with the company as it is still maturing, pay is decent, benefits are very affordable, 401k match is decent, they hire quality people who actually enjoy their jobs. You can tell people want to come to work each day. This is the best of the best for LTL transportation. It truly feels like a family environment. Company makes decisions with thoughtful timeframe, doesn't jump to conclusions.
Cons
Slow to make changes. Pay for salaried employees needs improvement.
