You will work with some fantastic people in a friendly and casual atmosphere; Management is flexible when time off is needed; This is a great place to gain experience in multiple aspects of customer service, B2B, interdepartmental work, and to learn to stay focused and follow through on issues; Many learning experiences are available for someone who wants them; Fantastic benefits for full time; Corporate IT is very responsive and resolves issues quickly; You will have phone and email contact with regular customers; You will be working for a company that provides excellent service to its customers

CSRs do not have incentives to do their best work, and this negatively affects the entire team.
