Management is weak - Operations De Well Group Employee Review

Owner is Fran not Kim. Senior management is biased and treats the chinese employees very well but doesn't care about the other employees so they keep leaving. Senior management can be unprofessional and throw temper tantrums at managers out in the open in front of everyone several times. They have a pay structure where some employees that are favorites get paid a lot more than others. They don't like it when you take PTO or any leave. The managers have no management experience and have no say in any decision making. They tempt you with a lot of talk about growth and opportunity when they are hiring you but when you start working, nobody even bothers to train you. Don't give up your job to come work here!
