Insurance and pension are about the only two things worth mentioning as pros.
Cons
Management in Innovation & Technology has no idea how to manage people or projects. Because of their mismanagement, they frequently throw their subordinates under the bus. There have been projects that have gone on for years that they haven't been able to close because of this.
