Pros

Starting pay is decent for the market.

Cons

Where do you begin? Poor working environment Micromanagement Educational facilities and equipment outdated and needs replaced Arcane policies Lip service to education but the truth is just put a but in the seat so we get paid No advancement opportunities Your input is not desired or needed because we will do it our way even if it is wrong It seems everyone is looking for another job during the entire time while employed at DeVry.

Pros

Work from home, good benefits, paid time off & the pay.

Cons

They say it’s not a KPI based position but it is. They will not give commission because they say we should be in it for the students and not numbers but the position is solely based on numbers. This is not a warm, team friendly position. Even your team mates are in competition with you. You will work two Saturdays out of the month and sometimes even Sundays and they still won’t be satisfied with your work ethic.
