Pros

Pros, the insurance is good, my co-workers are very friendly. I can't say enough about the people, most of them are top knotch. If it's your first job out of college, you can excel here if you're into sales. Cafeteria with hot food, and they offer flexible hours for certain positions.

Cons

It's a business first, then a university. I wish I had known, it literally kills me to go to work everyday knowing these poor people can go to a community college and pay thousands less. The jobs are menial, low pay, and highly repetitive. Managers have zero management experience and do not care about you, it's about "the business". You have very little chance of moving up the ladder. Work from home is offered as a perk but never given.

Pros

DeVry Day was a wonderful example of our positive culture, meaningful work, and commitment to making a difference. Welcoming and congratulating graduates allowed me to celebrate their achievements firsthand and witness the impact of the support and resources DeVry provides throughout their educational journey. The event created a sense of community, recognition, and pride that reflected our dedication to student success. Seeing graduates and their families celebrate this milestone reinforced how our work contributes to helping students achieve their goals and create better futures for themselves

Cons

This event was nothing but spectacular!

Pros

Work from home, good benefits, paid time off & the pay.

Cons

They say it’s not a KPI based position but it is. They will not give commission because they say we should be in it for the students and not numbers but the position is solely based on numbers. This is not a warm, team friendly position. Even your team mates are in competition with you. You will work two Saturdays out of the month and sometimes even Sundays and they still won’t be satisfied with your work ethic.
