Pros
Nice coworkers. Good benefits. They are expensive but decent. You can choose your healthcare options. They have employee get togethers twice a year, such as at the zoo or dave and busters.
Cons
This is a corporation, don't let the word "university" fool you. You will be managed by sales managers, in every department of this organization. It's not about the student, or lower level employees, it's about the company and the money they make. Low level employees are not treated well. Rude managers will fire you for the slightest infraction, which could be, not following the script when talking to students. It's that bad. Non existent raises and managers covering their own job run rampant here. I even found a power point from a manager making fun of the people who put together an awards ceremony. You will never move up. Ever.
