DeVry University has an exceptionally talented workforce. It's advisors, student services staff, and throughout iot's local campuses. It's reputation as an industry leader in IT is truly deserved. hey have an extremely experienced faculty which is an asset tot he organization
Cons
Highly conservative in innovative approaches. DeVry strives to compete with cutting edge technologies to integrate within the classroom. The only issue is that they overly regulate themselves. It's a double-edged sword. On one hand it keeps the company out of the negative spotlight. However, as a University they are struggling to keep up with innovative technologies to enhance an overall student experience. Universities that utilize Open courses, self-paced instruction, certification programs within their undergraduate degree programs far outweigh what DeVry is offering. Plus, the tuition is very costly.
