      Pros

      Passionate colleagues and love the company values. There are so many "for-profit" schools who only seem to care about getting students in the door. Trust me, I've worked at them. But DeVry really cares about making the right decisions for the student- not just the bottom line.

      Cons

      Hours/working weekends can be tough but everyone is required to make the same sacrifices (including management) so at least we are all in it together

Welcoming and congratulating graduates allowed me to celebrate their achievements firsthand and witness the impact of the support and resources DeVry provides throughout their educational journey. The event created a sense of community, recognition, and pride that reflected our dedication to student success. Seeing graduates and their families celebrate this milestone reinforced how our work contributes to helping students achieve their goals and create better futures for themselves
